In a saucepan, combine oats, almond milk, water, crushed bouillon, chipotle peppers, and seasoning mix.

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 1 cup โ€” rolled oats
  • 1 whole โ€” ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup โ€” water
  • 1 whole โ€” vegetable bouillon cube, crushed
  • 2 tsp โ€” chipotle peppers in adobo, minced
  • 1 tsp โ€” Homemade Seasoning Mix (refer to Tula’s recipe)
  • ¾ cup โ€” frozen corn, thawed
  • ¾ cup โ€” cooked black beans
  • ¾ cup โ€” salsa
  • ½ whole โ€” avocado, sliced
  • 1 whole โ€” Fresh cilantro to garnish
