Heat olive oil in a large pot, add celery, carrot, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme and saute for 2 minutes until slightly translucent.

  • 1 tsp โ€” Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp โ€” Dried Rosemary
  • 1½ cup โ€” Yukon Gold Potatoes Cubed
  • 3½ cup โ€” Cooked Turkey
  • 5 cup โ€” Turkey Broth
  • ½ cup โ€” Milk
  • 1 cup โ€” Frozen Peas
  • 3 tbsp โ€” Fresh Parsley
