  • 1 cup โ€” spinach
  • 5 lb โ€” wild Alaskan salmon
  • 1 tbsp โ€” maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp โ€” lime juice
  • 1 whole โ€” cilantro or basil
  • 1 whole โ€” rice quinoa or cauliflower rice
